Project Implementation Area : Sue Kok Village ตำบล Suea Kok อำเภอ Wapi Pathum จังหวัด Maha Sarakham 44120

Project Duration: March 1, 2024 – June 15, 2024

Objectives :
1. To enhance the quality and standards of community products (for Star certification).
2. To create a unique identity and brand recognition for community products.
3. To introduce community products to online markets via various e-commerce platforms.
4. To establish a stable economic system for participating communities.
5. To introduce products to the RJ38 platform.

Activities :
1. Upgrading quality and standards of community products (star certification).
2. Expanding products to online markets via e-commerce platforms.
3. Strengthening community economic systems.
4. Introducing products to RJ38.

Number of project participants: 50 people

Project Budget: 70,000 Baht

Results :
1. Two community products expanded through online platforms.
2. Increase in farmers’ and community income: 10%, promoting agricultural sustainability and local product identity
3. Three Offline marketing channels established
4. Two Knowledge courses on upgrading community products

Results society :
Economic aspect: Farmers gained new jobs and a 10% increase in income.
Social aspect: Improved quality of life and formation of one active farmer/community group.
Educational aspect: -
Environmental aspect: Farmers and communities repurposed leftover materials to create community products.

Participation :

1. Participation in planning and decision-making: 35.24%
2. Participation in implementation: 31.52%
3. Participation in benefit-sharing: 25.21%
4. Participation in monitoring and evaluation: 8.03%

Project continuity :
This is a continuation project from 2024 aimed at developing and further upgrading OTOP-level community products.

Problems obstacles :
Certification applications have specific deadlines and competition periods.

Improvement :
The project timeline should be planned and aligned with the competition periods.

Suggestions :
Support should focus on ongoing projects with potential for national-level expansion.
