Project Duration: July 26, 2025 – July 30, 2025
Objectives :
1. To enhance the standards of community products to meet market demands.
2. To create innovative, eco-friendly products using natural materials, reducing electricity usage, such as the “Bamboo Solar Lamp Set.”
3. To increase the value of agricultural products and meet consumer convenience needs through “Dried Bamboo Shoot Sets” and “Ready-to-Cook Bamboo Shoot Curry Sets.”
Activities :
- Upstream Activities: Knowledge Transfer and Training (October 2025)
1. Conduct training on product development, including contemporary product design and integrating solar technology with bamboo materials.
2. Provide training on hygiene and bamboo shoot processing (drying/ready-to-cook sets) to prepare for obtaining the Community Product Standard (CPS).
- Midstream Activities: Product Development and System Management (November 2025)
1. Develop product prototypes for bamboo solar lamps and bamboo shoot curry sets, ensuring quality according to standards.
2. Establish and strengthen enterprise management systems: cost accounting, production planning, and solutions for seasonal raw material shortages.
- Downstream Activities: Online Innovation Market Launch (December 2025)
1. Launch products in digital markets, conduct hands-on online marketing training, and test market response.
2. Finalize product improvements, summarize sales performance, and prepare documentation for CPS application.
Number of project participants: 40 people
Project Budget: 130,000 Baht
Results :
Quantitative Outcomes: Community members’ income increases by at least 10% by the end of 2025.
Qualitative Outcomes:
1. The community develops innovation-based learning processes.
2. Products meet quality standards to prepare for CPS certification.
Results society :
Economic Aspect: Generate stable income and increase the value of local resources.
Social Aspect:
1. Preserve local wisdom while fostering the development of new skills.

Environmental Aspect: Promote clean energy use (solar technology) and sustainable resource utilization.
Participation :
1. University Staff (Prof. Songphon Namkhun and Team)
Knowledge Transfer: Lead technical training in product design innovation (bamboo solar lamps) and food processing standards (dried bamboo shoots and ready-to-cook sets).
Quality Control & Standards: Set QC criteria for prototypes and advise on CPS documentation.
Project Management: Coordinate with community enterprise groups, plan activities, and monitor income-related outcomes.
2. Students: Assist in prototype development and training.
Project continuity :
Support product entry into the market and establish sustainable management practices.
Problems obstacles :
- Seasonal shortages of raw materials (bamboo and bamboo shoots) affect continuous production.
- Inconsistent quality control for innovative products (bamboo solar lamps).
Improvement :
Raw Materials Management: Establish raw material storage and preservation during the rainy season for year-round production.
Quality Control: Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assign expert mentors to oversee production and expedite CPS application.
Marketing and Group Management: Strengthen group agreements on profit-sharing and provide hands-on digital marketing training to increase sales and expand markets.
