Objectives :
1. To develop the production process for herbal beverage products derived from wine production.
2. To add value to Thai herbs and wine production residues, extending shelf life to over 6 months.
3. To expand distribution channels for herbal beverage products.
Activities :
1. Establish a system for selecting, preparing, and evaluating raw materials for product quality.
2. Develop the herbal beverage production process and products.
3. Create marketing strategies leveraging community identity, expanding distribution channels both domestically and internationally.
Number of project participants: 70 people
Project Budget: 270,000 Baht
Results :
1. Ready-to-market products available for sale.
2. Established production process for herbal beverage products.

Economic Impact: Farmers gain stable employment and increased income.
Social Impact: Improve community living standards and reduce labor migration.
