Objectives :
1.To enhance teachers’ potential by improving their competencies and teaching skills for more effective instruction, emphasizing integrated learning that meets the needs of learners in the 21st century.

2.To improve the learning quality of students in small schools by developing their reading and writing skills and promoting sustainable learning through curriculum improvement, appropriate learning materials, and activities suited to the community context.

3.To reduce educational inequality and promote access to quality education for children and youth in remote areas by developing support systems and strengthening collaboration networks among schools, communities, and relevant agencies.

Activity 6: After Action Review (AAR) Session

Number of project participants: 854 people

Project Budget: 2,500,000 Baht

Results :
1.Eighty percent of in-service teachers, related educational personnel, and alumni were developed to gain competencies in active learning based on the competency-based curriculum.

2.Ninety percent of in-service teachers, related educational personnel, and alumni were able to apply their knowledge and understanding to improve themselves and their learners.

3.The satisfaction level of school personnel participating in the project reached Level 4 or higher in all three areas — knowledge, understanding, and application.

4.A total of 44 model learning innovations and self-learning materials suitable for small schools were developed. These models can help address quality issues in small schools and be applied to other schools both within the province and nationwide.

Results society :
It helps reduce family expenses on education, creates long-term income opportunities for students with proper education and skills, reduces social and educational inequality, and improves the quality of teaching and learning in small schools.

Participation :
Activities were organized with faculty members serving as speakers, staff providing facilitation support, and students assisting in the implementation of the activities.

Project continuity :
The project to enhance the quality of education in small schools is designed to support local schools that face many challenges — such as limited budgets, shortages of materials, audiovisual media, teaching resources, and personnel. Assistance from the university provides an important opportunity to fill these gaps and offer resources that small schools would not otherwise have access to. Therefore, this project to improve the quality of education in small schools should be continued on an annual basis.

Problems obstacles :
1.Limited time and heavy workloads of teachers participating in the project.
2.Shortage of school personnel due to the absence of administrators or decision-makers.
3.Lack of modern teaching materials, equipment, and technology for classroom instruction.
4.A large number of small schools in the area makes it impossible for all to participate, given the limited budget and university personnel.

Improvement :

Suggestions :
1. The university should collaborate with local authorities to develop teachers in small schools, enhancing their professional teaching competencies.
2.The university should also develop school administrators in small schools to become professional leaders who can guide their institutions toward success and build trust among teachers, students, and the community.
