Participation :
Faculty members and students from relevant programs played active roles in the project. Faculty served as lead and co-trainers, while students contributed as facilitators, recreation leaders, station coordinators, and logistical assistants (food and facilities management) under faculty supervision.

Project continuity :
Expand its outreach area for environmental awareness-building, with plans for future follow-up and impact assessment after training sessions.

Problems obstacles :
Some logistical challenges arose when venue owners modified the event locations, affecting slide-based media presentations; however, these issues were effectively resolved.

Improvement :
It is recommended that future activities incorporate more interactive presentations and games.

Suggestions :
The University should continue integrating environmental awareness and global warming issues into classroom activities across disciplines to foster broader student engagement.
