Project Duration: June 5, 2025 – June 30, 2025

Objectives :
1. To review and revise the 5S standard criteria of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University.
2. To promote and support the continuous implementation of the “5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University” among personnel at all levels.

Activities :
Activity 1: Review and revision of the university’s 5S standard criteria.
Activity 2: Promotion and support for the implementation of the “5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University” among personnel at all levels.
Activity 3: Knowledge Management (KM): The implementation of the “5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University” across all units.

Number of project participants: 140 people

Project Budget: 40,000 Baht

Results :
Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University has continuously operated based on environmental management, occupational health, and safety, establishing these as the foundation for all staff to follow under the university’s 5S standard framework.

Results society :
The implementation of the 5S standard has contributed to a well-organized and pleasant working environment, promoting efficiency, mental well-being, and workplace safety. Furthermore, it has strengthened good relationships among staff within various departments.

Participation :
Personnel at all level across all units have successfully implemented operations in accordance with the “5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University.”

Project continuity :
The university has developed the 2025 5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, serving as a unified operational guideline for environmental management, health, and safety improvement, as well as for enhancing the efficiency of quality assurance across all administrative levels.

1. A central coordinating unit should be established to oversee, promote, and monitor the continuous implementation of the 5S standard across all departments, ensuring that it becomes a sustainable part of the university’s organizational culture.
2. A standardized monitoring and evaluation framework should be developed for assessing departmental implementation of the 5S system in accordance with the “5S Standard Handbook of Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University” for the fiscal year 2024.
