Project Implementation Area : Farmer Groups, Community Enterprises, Local Administrative Organizations, and the General Public in Tha Song Khon Sub-district, Mueang Maha Sarakham District ตำบล Talat อำเภอ Mueang Maha Sarakham จังหวัด Maha Sarakham 44000

Project Duration: June 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025

Objectives :
1. To build basic knowledge and understanding of Lean concepts and principles for community members. 2. To encourage the community to apply the Lean process in their occupation and daily life. 3. To create a model for applying the Lean concept to other tasks and expand the results to other communities or organizations in the future. 4. To enhance the quality of life and create sustainability for the community through the application of the Lean concept.

2.อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ : การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ปัจจุบันในชุมชน (Current State Analysis) วิธีดำเนินการ (How)
- ปลายน้ำ
1.อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ : การออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่โดยใช้แนวคิด Lean
2.อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ : การติดตามผลและการจัดการความรู้ และสร้างเครือข่าย (Follow-up & Networking)

ผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้น :
• เชิงปริมาณ
1. ร้อยละ 80 ของสมาชิกชุมชนในตำบลท่าสองคอนมีความรู้ความเข้าใจพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับหลักการลีน สามารถอธิบายหลักการพื้นฐานได้และเห็นประโยชน์ในการนำไปใช้ในชุมชน
• เชิงคุณภาพ
1. ประชาชนในชุมชนตำบลท่าสองคอนสามารถใช้เครื่องมือ Lean พื้นฐาน และนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านต่างๆ ตามบริบทของชุมชนได้อย่างเหมาะสม
2. ประชาชนในชุมชนตำบลท่าสองคอนได้รับการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้แนวคิดแบบลีน และสามารถนำหลักการลีนมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบกระบวนการใหม่ตามบริบทของชุมชนในตำบลท่าสองคอน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดความสูญเปล่า และสร้างคุณค่าให้กับการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในชุมชนได้อย่างเหมาะสม

Results society :
Economic Aspect: Reduce costs in production or activity operation in the community, increase community income, create new products. Social Aspect: Create community cooperation, create models and expand results, improve quality of life. Educational Aspect: Transfer knowledge, create new skills, promote continuous learning. Environmental Aspect: Reduce the amount of waste that needs disposal, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, promote efficient resource use, create environmental awareness.อม

Participation :
Personnel demonstrate the application of the Lean concept to waste management in the community and provide reinforcement on its use in occupation and daily life.

Project continuity :
There is periodic follow-up and evaluation of household waste management in various communities.

Problems obstacles :
Variety of knowledge backgrounds, awareness of waste still requires time for learning, limited budget and equipment, limitations regarding external expert personnel,

Improvement :
1. Push for the Lean concept and Lean Management to be part of the community's and local administrative organizations' development plan and strategy to receive continuous support.

2. Train community members to be experts in Lean Management so they can drive the project sustainably by themselves.

3. Expand cooperation with various sectors to mobilize resources and budget for scaling the project to other issues in the community.

Suggestions :
The university should push for the implementation of the Lean concept across all sectors of its operations.
