Results :
1. The representative students received development in the integration of teaching and learning with academic service. The students learned the process of project implementation for service, including the process of integrating knowledge in the field of AI technology, and were able to transfer the knowledge to teachers and educational personnel, in collaboration with the faculty members responsible for the project.
2. 80 participants, including school administrators, teachers, educational personnel, and students from the network schools under the Maha Sarakham Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Kalasin Secondary Educational Service Area Office, and the Maha Sarakham Provincial Administrative Organization, participated in the training on school potential development. They gained knowledge in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for school administration, as well as the use of AI to design instruction for teachers in their respective subjects. Participants have applied this knowledge for further development and implementation in teaching and learning.
3. Administrators, academic personnel, support staff, and students who participated in the development training gained knowledge from a speaker from the World Diplomats organization. The AI content covered areas such as "Enhancing the Competency of Higher Education Personnel in Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Enhance Efficiency in Work for Leaders and Administrators in Educational Institutions" and "Utilizing AI to Enhance Efficiency in Work, Teaching, Learning, Research, and Publication." This knowledge has led to the advancement and development of tools for organizational administration and tools for student instructional management.

For the next fiscal year, to ensure continuity and sustainability, the project manager has planned to expand the results/impact to other networks so they can gain access to the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology skills.
Problems obstacles :
Some activities had implementation periods that did not follow the activity plan.
The knowledge-sharing and brainstorming activities should have a guideline for presentation to reduce the time spent on the activity and to ensure the issues addressed align with the project's objectives.
Improvement :
There is a plan to schedule the next project by defining the format and guidelines for the brainstorming activity to obtain practical guidelines for operations that align with the project's objectives.
