1. To study and develop techniques for fattening rice field crabs to improve quality and increase productivity.
2. To design a system and method for fattening rice field crabs that farmers can easily implement and that is cost-effective.
3. To develop the local area and promote sustainable rice field crab farming as a livelihood for the community.
1. เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเทคนิคการขุนปูนาให้มีคุณภาพดีและเพิ่มผลผลิต
2. เพื่อออกแบบระบบและวิธีการขุนปูนาที่เกษตรกรสามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้ง่ายและประหยัดต้นทุน
3. เพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่นและส่งเสริมอาชีพการเลี้ยงปูนาแก่ชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน

Upstream: Study and develop techniques for raising high-quality rice field crabs and increasing productivity.
Training on techniques for selecting rice field crab breeds and constructing rice field crab raising ponds.
Midstream: Design systems and methods for raising rice field crabs that are easy for farmers to implement and cost-effective.
Training on techniques for raising rice field crabs using appropriate and low-cost methods.
Downstream: Develop local areas and promote sustainable rice field crab farming as a livelihood for the community.
Training on processing and marketing.

Economically, the community's income increased by 10 percent.
Socially, job creation and career opportunities were generated within the community, leading to the formation of community groups that strengthened the community. The Gross Domestic Product (GVH) index increased by 30 percent.
