Objectives วัตถุประสงค์โครงการ
1. To apply Internet of Things (IoT) technology to cultivate duckweed to meet quality standards.
2. To create jobs/increase income for villagers in the community by processing duckweed into products.
3. To expand the market for healthy, highly nutritious food through the RJ38 online platform.
1 เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเตอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง ในการเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำให้ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน
2 เพื่อสร้างอาชีพ/เพิ่มรายได้ให้ชาวบ้านในชุมชน ด้วยการแปรรูปเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์จากไข่ผำ
3 เพื่อขยายตลาดอาหารเพื่อสุขภาพที่มีคุณค่าทางโภชนาการสูง ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ RJ38
Main Activities กิจกรรมหลัก
1. Train students to become social engineers and prepare them for fieldwork.
2. Take students to the community to collect data, understand and build agreements with the community.
Midstream
1. Conduct workshops on duckweed cultivation, including the application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology to control optimal parameters for duckweed cultivation.
2. Conduct workshops on processing duckweed products, including packaging design.
Downstream
1. Promote and sell products both in-store (onsite) and online.
2. Extract lessons learned, evaluate results, collect data for analysis, and summarize project outcomes.

1.อบรมนักศึกษาเพื่อให้เป็นวิศวกรสังคม และเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนลงพื้นที่
2.นำนักศึกษาลงพื้นที่เก็บข้อมูลจากชุมชน ทำความเข้าใจและสร้างข้อตกลงร่วมกับชุมชน

1.อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำ รวมทั้งการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง (IOT) ในการเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำในการควบคุมพารามิเตอร์ต่างๆ ที่เหมาะสมในการเพาะเลี้ยงไข่ผำ
2.อบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์จากไข่ผำ รวมถึงการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์
ปลายน้ำ
1.ส่งเสริมการขายและวางจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ทั้งรูปแบบหน้าร้าน (Onsite) และช่องทางออนไลน์ (Online)
2.ถอดบทเรียน ประเมินผล เก็บข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลโครงการ

Project Continuity ความต่อเนื่องของโครงการ
Expand the program to other villages or communities to create jobs/increase income for the community using existing resources/agents. ขยายผลการดำเนินงานไปยังหมู่บ้านหรือชุมชนอื่นๆ เพื่อสร้างอาชีพ/เพิ่มรายได้ให้ชุมชน จากทรัพยากร/สิ่งที่มีอยู่ในชุมชน

Problems & Obstacles ปัญหา/อุปสรรค
The target group consists of elderly people in the community who live alone and experience anxiety about using tools or equipment independently. กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เป็นผู้สูงอายุในชุมชน ที่อาศัยอยู่คนเดียว มีความวิตกกังวล เกี่ยวกับการใช้เครื่องมือหรือ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ด้วยตัวเองลำพัง

Ask a nearby neighbor to provide contact or coordination channels with the community leader.

Suggestions to University ข้อเสนอแนะต่อมหาวิทยาลัย
Follow-up/support should be provided to villagers in order to collect information on those interested or wishing to develop their skills, in order to further develop/create jobs/increase income. ควรมีการติตาม/ดูแลชาวบ้าน เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลผู้สนใจ หรือผู้ที่ประสงค์จะพัฒนาอาชีพ เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอด/สร้างอาชีพ/เพิ่มรายได้ต่อไป
