Students applied the knowledge and skills acquired from their studies and training to effectively perform their roles as assistant facilitators during the workshop. They supported learning activities, assisted participants, and provided guidance on the use of AI tools for developing instructional media and designing learning activities. The students also helped solve technical problems, offered basic consultation, and coordinated communication between trainers and participants. Through these responsibilities, they enhanced their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while gaining practical experience in applying academic knowledge to real-world situations. In addition, the university should encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and establish a sustainable learning community where faculty members can share best practices and innovative approaches to AI-enhanced teaching. Follow-up activities, mentoring programs, and continuous evaluation should also be implemented to monitor the application of acquired knowledge and promote long-term impact.
